Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very large and light, with a clean bathroom and a big comfortable bed, but unfortunately, they were infested with ants and cockroaches and extremely noisy at times. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff both at check-in and check-out, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great, allowing easy access to the city in all directions, although the noise level was a bit of a downside. The dining options were limited, but the breakfast offered was satisfying. Facilities like the gym and pool were a nice addition to the overall experience.
The hotel has very clean and spacious rooms, showing a few signs of wear and tear but nothing major, with the biggest flat screen TV I have ever seen in a hotel. It is big, nice, and quite calm at night. The service was amazing - really helpful and friendly. The location was a little more industrial than expected but very close to cafes, bars, and Victoria Park. The dining experience was right outside my bedroom window. The hotel lacks a cafe but overall is very clean and comfortable. The facilities were modern and convenient.
The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and shopping centers, making it a comfortable and practical choice for a stay in Sydney. The service was attentive and responsive, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. However, the dining options could be more varied, and the area surrounding the hotel might not be the most upscale.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities including a convenient European laundry. However, the cleanliness of the kitchen surfaces could have been better, and the WC amenity needed improvement. The staff was accommodating and responsive to my needs, but I faced challenges with their handling of guests with disabilities. The location was convenient, within walking distance of The University of Sydney and Redfern Station. The dining options were limited, but I found good eateries nearby. The facilities were adequate for my stay.
